By using the Player Pin, Neku can scan the minds of the living and hear their surface thoughts. He has about a fifteen-foot-radius in which he can do this.
I'll ask permission every time before doing this, but this is your OPT-OUT post in case you don't even wanna bother. If you don't want Neku to scan your character's mind then let me know here!
